Delete your CamoAdventures account

This page explains how to delete your account in the CamoAdventures app (OneHunt Log, OneCatch Log, and OneTraveler Log), made by CamoAdventures LLC.

Delete your account in the app

Open the app and go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.

Or ask us by email

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my CamoAdventures account.”

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your follows and groups
• Your inbox
• Your shared updates and photos
• Your push tokens
• Your Pro cloud backup (entries, photos, and locations)

What we keep

• Purchase records (product, store transaction ID, date, and price) for up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
• Reports and enforcement records for up to 2 years after a report is resolved.
• Support and privacy emails for up to 2 years.
• A record that we completed your request.

How long it takes

We complete email requests within 30 days. Backup copies clear within 30 days.

Logs on your phone

Logs stored on your own phone stay there until you delete them or uninstall the app.
